Prune Juice Fibre Smoothie Shots


*note, can easy double or triple this recipe to have in bulk!

Ingredients:

100g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and currants are all high in fibre)

200ml Benefit Prune Juice (not from concentrate)

1 tsp maple syrup 

1 tsp ground flax seed

⅛ tsp sea salt



Method:

Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until smooth, then pour into an ice cube tray


These are brilliant to have at hand for adding to whip into an instant smoothie, a breakfast bowl, porridge, or even as flavoured ice for a tonic / kombucha


It’s a great way of adding in a few extra grams of fibre to your day!
