Beetroot Hummus


This amazingly zingy hummus is super easy to make!


400g tin chickpeas

½ cup Benefit Beetroot juice

1 clove smoked garlic

2 tbsp tahini

½ lemon squeezed

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp ground cumin

Top with:

Toasted seeds

Cracked black pepper

Finely chopped spring onions


Simply blend all of the ingredients in a food processor and enjoy with a crunchy slice of sourdough topped with spring onions and black pepper
