These Prune Juice Fibre Smoothie Shots are a quick and tasty way to boost your daily fibre intake—no fuss, no prep, just blend and freeze! Prune Juice Fibre Smoothie Shots

You could easily double this recipe to make sure you have plenty to store in the freezer!

Ingredients:
100g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and currants are all high in fibre)
200ml Benefit Prune Juice (not from concentrate)
1 tsp maple syrup 
1 tsp ground flax seed
⅛ tsp sea salt

Method:
Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until smooth, then pour into an ice cube tray.

These are brilliant to have at hand for adding to whip into an instant smoothie, a breakfast bowl, porridge, or even as flavoured ice for a tonic / kombucha
