Prune Juice Fibre Smoothie Shots
You could easily double this recipe to make sure you have plenty to store in the freezer!
Ingredients: 100g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and currants are all high in fibre) 200ml Benefit Prune Juice (not from concentrate) 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp ground flax seed ⅛ tsp sea salt
Method: Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until smooth, then pour into an ice cube tray.
These are brilliant to have at hand for adding to whip into an instant smoothie, a breakfast bowl, porridge, or even as flavoured ice for a tonic / kombucha
