Ingredients:
250ml Benefit Prune Juice
1 espresso shot or 50ml strong coffee
Ice cubes
50ml oat milk
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method:
Brew your espresso shot or prepare 50ml of strong coffee. Measure out 250ml of Benefit Prune Juice and 50ml of oat milk. Combine the Benefit Prune Juice and oat milk in a tall glass. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and stir well until fully mixed. Fill the glass with chunky ice cubes to keep your drink refreshingly cold. The ice also helps to balance the flavours by slightly diluting the mix. Finally, pour the espresso shot or strong coffee into the glass. The coffee creates beautiful layers and adds a wonderful aroma to your drink. Give your drink a gentle stir to blend the flavours, and it’s ready to enjoy!

This Prune and coffee drink is a delightful combination of the natural sweetness of prune juice and the bold, invigorating taste of coffee. Adding oat milk provides a creamy texture, while the optional maple syrup can add a hint of extra sweetness.

Feel free to experiment with the recipe to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy your Prune and Coffee drink and the burst of energy it brings!
