Beetroot and Berry Jam!
Looking for a quick, nutritious topping to elevate your breakfast? This vibrant Raspberry & Beetroot Chia Jam is as easy as it is delicious. Made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients—including Benefit Beetroot drink and chia seeds—it’s perfect on porridge, toast, or even paired with a spoonful of peanut butter. INGREDIENTS:
200g fresh or frozen raspberries
3⁄4 cup Benefit Beetroot drink
1⁄4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1⁄4 tsp salt

METHOD:
Simply add all of the ingredients in a pot and slowly simmer until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and created a jam-like texture.
