200g fresh or frozen raspberries
3⁄4 cup Benefit Beetroot drink
1⁄4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1⁄4 tsp salt
Simply add all of the ingredients in a pot and slowly simmer until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and created a jam-like texture.
